Return Policy

If you received a T-shirt with a hole, tear, or printing error, please email a photograph of your defective merchandise to PotTeezInfo (at) gmail.com.

To receive a new T-shirt, you are required to provide a photograph so we can review the issue.

Pot Teez is not liable for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped, there is a $5 reshipment fee AND the cost of the shipment.

Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of our T-shirts, so be sure to check the sizing chart.

Pot Teez is not liable for 3rd party delivery delays or lost packages. We will provide a tracking number when available, but the customer is responsible for tracking down or contacting local postal service to track any lost or delayed packages.

Orders are fulfilled VERY quickly, and we print our shirts on demand, so we cannot change or cancel any orders once they have been placed. Please double check your order before you submit.
